Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Perception is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

How do we define CSAE?

CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
  • Sextorting a child
  • Trafficking of a child for sex
  • Otherwise sexually exploiting a child
  • Any content that sexualizes minors or depicts child abuse

Our Commitment to Child Safety

Perception takes a proactive approach to protecting children on our platform. We employ multiple layers of protection including:

  • Age Verification: Users must verify they are 18+ to create an account
  • Content Moderation: Automated and manual review of reported content
  • User Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting tools for suspicious content or behavior
  • Immediate Action: Swift removal of violating content and permanent bans for offenders
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We report CSAE content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement

How to Report CSAE Content

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:

  1. In-App Reporting: Use the report button on any post or profile to flag concerning content
  2. Email: Contact us immediately at contact@ryware.dev
  3. Emergency: For immediate threats to a child's safety, contact local law enforcement or call 911

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours. Your report can be anonymous.

Enforcement and Consequences

Users who violate our CSAE policy face:

  • Immediate Account Termination: Permanent ban with no warning
  • Content Removal: All content deleted from our platform
  • Law Enforcement Referral: Required reporting to NCMEC and cooperation with authorities
  • Legal Action: We support prosecution of offenders to the fullest extent of the law
